Experienced Cashier

 

20–30 hours per week · Weekends required

$18.50/hour + tips

Higher starting pay may be available based on experience.

We're looking for an experienced cashier who's outgoing, dependable, and comfortable talking with people. You should enjoy a fast-paced environment, take pride in your work, and know how to make customers feel welcome.

​

We're a small team, so everyone pitches in. If you're friendly, confident, and ready to jump in and help, we'd love to meet you.

 

The Details

• 20–30 hours per week

• Starting at $18.50/hour plus tips

• Employee meal provided during each shift

 

Available Shifts

• Opening: 8:30 AM–2:30 PM

• Closing: 2:30 PM–8:30 PM

 

You may work one or both shifts, depending on scheduling needs. Weekend availability is required.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cashier experience

• Friendly, outgoing personality and confidence with customers

• Reliable, punctual, and organized

• Able to lift up to 40 pounds

• Willing to help wherever needed

• Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required

 

A ServSafe Food Handler Card is required; Pearl’s will cover the cost.

 

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, take orders, and process payments

• Handle cash accurately

• Package takeout orders

• Help with opening procedures

• Set up and maintain patio tables and chairs

• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and stocked

• Help the team with day-to-day tasks
